COVID-19 MAY CAUSE SHIPPING DELAYS WITH OUR CARRIERS. WE ARE NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS OR DISRUPTIONS.
All orders will ship in 2-3 business days from date of order confirmation. Please note, orders are not shipped over the weekend. Once processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
Once an order has shipped we can no longer make changes. If you need to cancel an order before it has shipped please email support@sylides.com with your order number. Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item from your order, simply return the original item for a store credit and place a new order.
If your order is lost or stolen after delivery we are not responsible. If you have any problems with your order, such as damaged or missing items, or any other problems, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. If you receive an incorrect item or an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately. Please send a photo of the damaged item if applicable.
Items may be returned within 14 days of you receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. If caution is not made while trying on, we may reject the return. Any returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer. All returns are only accepted on unworn, unaltered and immaculate items returned in original packaging.
Sylides only offers store credit, no refunds. Returns may only be made once, items purchased with a store credit are non-refundable. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days to be processed.
DUTIES + TAXES
*Receiver is responsible for International Duties and Tax.
Sylides is not responsible and will not reimburse any duties or taxes resulting from your refusal of delivery or failure to pay additional duties upon arrival.
DDU: Delivered Duty Unpaid
All countries are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid, and all local, state and national taxes are the full responsibility of the international customer. The taxes and duties will not be calculated in checkout. You will be responsible for paying the taxes and duties upon delivery of the order. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information regarding these costs.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Simply ship the items you wish to return back to us!
1. Fill out your returned items on the invoice.
2. Pack your item(s) and invoice into a box.
3. Reach out to support@sylides.com for return address.

Please note, all international shipping fees with making returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Any duties and taxes paid are also non-refundable. Sylides is not responsible for international shipping fees or lost returns.
